I am a Engagement Photographer in Iceland and I photograph Secret Engagement, Surprise Engagement, Surprise Proposals
My name is Ondrej, and I help people to create unforgetable experiences in one of the most magical places on our planet - Iceland, as a local Icelandic Engagement, Secret Engagement, and Proposal Professional Photographer.
I am a Professional Engagement photographer based here in Iceland, specializing in capturing some of the most transformative and emotional moments within Icelandic environments of Black sand Beaches, volcanic cliffs, majestic waterfalls, and breathtaking glaciers with their icy lakes and freezing lagoons.
Over the past weeks, months, and years, I have helped many brave men, women, and couples transform a simple idea into once-in-a-lifetime memories, not just with beautiful images but with thorough planning and, most importantly, calm support and guidance, which is handy on a day full of mixed emotions and excitement.
My current focus is on couples and groups of explorers visiting Iceland. My current popularly requested Photography Projects here in Iceland include: Surprise Engagement, Surprise Proposals, Marriage Proposal Packages and Secret Proposal Packages. I am always open to start other projects as well, especially including any outdoor activities.
I like to keep things simple and focus on the most important during my photoshoots - creating and capturing real everlasting experiences and memories.
I prefer to build the photoshoot sessions, days and or trips around my client’s interests, whether it is visiting Icelandic famous waterfalls, mountains or exploring any of the stunning glaciers which is Iceland notoriously known for.

My story
I grew up fascinated by exploring and capturing unique moments of people around me through photography, thanks to my first digital camera, I was given by my parents.
Then I put the camera aside for some time and focused on my career, just to visit Iceland many years later and feel the strong pull and interest in photography again.
By lucky circumstances, I was able to join one of the secret proposal photoshoots and was instantly blown away by the raw and real uniqueness of being able to capture the moments during marriage proposals.

PHOTOGRAPHY STYLE
If I would have to name My Photography style it would be the Documentary one. I have found out that the most beautifull images and strongest emotions are revealed during least guided events. Do not take me wrong, I like to guide and give tips for different posing as well.

I have photographed in many areas of Iceland including photoshoot packages of Engagements, Secret Engagements and Proposals, Elopments, Anniversary Sessions or Adventure Shoots as well.
Couples at iconic or lesser known spots including Jökulsárlón, Diamond Beach, Vestrahorn, Stokksnes, Vík, Reynisfjara Black sand Beach, Víkurfjara Black Sand Beach, Kvernufoss, Skógafoss, Seljalandsfoss and others as well.
I have worked with almost all types of weather imaginable including storms and some crazy weather. Glaciers , Waterfalls , Mountains , Cliffs, Black sand Beaches, Glacier lakes and lagoons, Caves or Ice Caves are my favourite types of surroundings
